I'm not quite sure what I need. Can you still help?

Absolutely! We can schedule a discovery call to take a look at your website together and I can make suggestions for how we can improve your website. Get in contact via the contact form on this page or send me an email at hello@spunsugardigital.com.au.

Does this work require a website outage?

I make all the changes on a staging website, which is essentially a copy of your website that only you and I can see. Once you’re happy with the changes, I copy them over to your website which requires only the briefest of outages, typically only an hour. We schedule the release to fit in with you and your customers.

I don't use WordPress. Can you still make changes to my website?

I also work with Shopify websites but if you use another platform I’m not the right person for you, sorry!

What are your payment terms?

After we’ve agreed the scope of the work, I’ll ask for a 50% deposit to secure a spot in my schedule. Then, once you’re completely happy with the work on the staging website, I’ll send an invoice for the remaining 50%. Once that’s been paid, I’ll make all your changes go live.
