Malware Removal
We were recently approached by a prospective client as they thought their website had been hacked. As it turned out, the hack had occurred many months before and was only identified because their Google search results were in a foreign language.
Because the hack had occurred so long ago, we were unable to restore the website from backups as the backups also contained the malicious code. We instead had to find the backdoor where the hackers were able to access the website, identify all the places where the malware had been added, then clean the entire site.
Once the malware had been removed and security increased, we had a very happy new client!
Email Deliverability Issues
A client has multiple email addresses. She approached us when she learnt that her WooCommerce new order emails were not being received by her customers.
After some investigation, we were able to identify that she was using a sending email address with a different domain to the website. This was causing email services to not deliver to the email recipients.
A quick change to an email address with a matching domain cleared the issue right up!

After we’ve agreed the scope of the work, I’ll ask for a 50% deposit to secure a spot in my schedule. Then, once you’re happy with the work, I’ll send an invoice for the remaining 50%.
