Of course – I love new clients! Before I start a care plan for a brand new client, I just need to do a one-off spring clean to get everything spick and span before we move onto our regular care. As part of the spring clean, I will review and update all your software, do a review of your security and get connected to all your accounts.
If I’ve worked on your website previously, there are no setup fees.
If you’re a brand new client, there is a $199 spring clean fee to get everything spick and span before we move onto our regular care.
Nope! I’d be sad to see you go, but if you need to leave, there’s no cancellation fees and I’d be happy to have you back at any time
I’ll send you a Stripe link to set up your credit card payment. Your card will then be charged on the same day each month going forward.
All payments are in Australian dollars.
Keeping your website up-to-date, strengthening your website’s security and having regular monitoring will significantly reduce the chance of things going wrong, but nothing is 100% in this world! But rest assured, if things do go wrong, I have your backups and I can get your website back up and running quickly.
Sure you can, you’re a smart cookie! However, I think there are two questions you should ask yourself first: is it the best use of your time and will you do it week in and week out? You’re probably better off just hiring me to do it for you… š

If you’d like to host your website with me and you’re not on this plan, I offer premium hosting for $29/month.
